So, what exactly is a career consultation?
A career consultation is a one-on-one session with a career expert who helps you understand your strengths, explore your options and decide your next step. Many people call it career counselling or career guidance. At Kompetenzen, we offer it in Kochi and Trivandrum for students, fresh graduates, job seekers and working professionals.
Four simple steps. No pressure.
- Tell us your story. Share where you are and what you want. There are no wrong answers.
- See the real picture. We map your strengths, interests and skill gaps.
- Explore your options. Job, freelance, business or a mix. We show you what fits.
- Leave with your plan. A clear roadmap and your first step.
